subcontract and supply chain, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"111\" data-end=\"949\">\n<li data-start=\"111\" data-end=\"270\">Ensuring subcontractor and supply chain compliance and competency with both business and specific project requirements prior to issuing any tender enquiry.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"437\">Agreement of specific work package scope of works and preparation of all relevant documentation for formal subcontract and supply chain enquiries and procurement.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"552\">Conducting procurement negotiations, including agreement of subcontract and supply chain terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"658\">Analysis and reconciliation of returned tenders and preparation of final subcontract recommendations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"773\">Producing and issuing robust and relevant subcontract and supply chain order documentation in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"949\">Maintaining commercial responsibility throughout the project on all matters relating to MEPH subcontract work packages, relevant supply chain matters, and material orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"971\">Project delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1836\">\n<li data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1126\">Work closely and collaboratively with the Project Manager and the wider team to ensure the successful delivery and financial outcome of the project.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1256\">Participate in the development of design and procurement strategies to maximise opportunities and minimise or mitigate risks.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1351\">Identify key project risks and opportunities and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1460\">Produce Monthly and Quarterly Cost Reports, including project margin projections and cashflow forecasts.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1539\">Ensure compliance with business requirements and best practice procedures.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1615\">Prepare monthly valuations and agree these with client representatives.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1668\">Measure, value, and negotiate client variations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1718\">Prepare and negotiate project final accounts.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1836\">Foster and maintain professional relationships at all times with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"1865\">Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"2775\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"1983\">Preferably qualified at HND or degree level, or working towards MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2059\">Possess the depth of experience and competencies required for the role.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2195\">Be a positive and proactive individual who works collaboratively with colleagues, supply chain partners, and the wider client team.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2196\" data-end=\"2281\">Share and promote the business\u2019s values and ethos both internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2323\">Be a confident and astute negotiator.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2324\" data-end=\"2437\">Have a proven understanding of the importance of maintaining positive working relationships with all parties.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2438\" data-end=\"2557\">Demonstrate confidence and ability to work effectively within a team environment and positively influence outcomes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2558\" data-end=\"2657\">Possess strong communication skills and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2658\" data-end=\"2775\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Be confident and experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and computer-aided measurement
