ability to model in 3D would be an advantage but not essential.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"619\">Writing method statements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"762\">Scheduling labour, selecting major plant and access equipment, including scaffold schedules, tower crane utilisation, and temporary works.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"813\">Attending and presenting at client interviews.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"856\">Preparing detailed working programmes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"901\">Agreeing subcontractor trade programmes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"1039\">Monitoring progress throughout the pre-construction and construction process, and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1108\">Reporting findings and recommending solutions to recover delays.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1172\">Recording relevant events for potential entitlement claims.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1262\">Using graphical and schedule media to reflect progress, event impacts, and forecasts.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1398\">Liaising with and supporting the rest of the project team throughout the process, making adjustments to project plans as necessary.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1482\">Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems of working.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1535\">Preparing project and activity feedback reports.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1607\">Helping to develop the company\u2019s planning processes and procedures.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1681\">Liaising with and coordinating trade contractors\u2019 programmes on site.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1763\">Helping to develop and mentor more junior members of the planning department.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1859\">Helping to implement and provide general planning appreciation and awareness to site teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1888\">Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"3104\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"1979\">Appropriately trained and knowledgeable in <strong data-start=\"1936\" data-end=\"1957\">Health and Safety<\/strong> (e.g. CSCS, SMSTS).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2081\">Energetic, proactive, hands-on, confident, and self-motivated, with experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2223\">Demonstrable experience in contract and tender planning, with the ability to lead programme and time management of construction projects.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2224\" data-end=\"2374\">Experience in project delivery across a wide range of market sectors, with a strong understanding of high-quality finishes and <strong data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2371\">M&amp;E interfaces<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2375\" data-end=\"2485\">Demonstrable experience in tenders and contracts administered under <strong data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2452\">JCT<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2464\">NEC<\/strong> forms of contract.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2542\">Strong understanding of <strong data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2539\">planning best practices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2543\" data-end=\"2614\">Ideally <strong data-start=\"2553\" data-end=\"2573\">degree qualified<\/strong> (minimum qualification HNC\/HND level).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2615\" data-end=\"2759\">Experienced in using <strong data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2654\">Powerproject<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2656\" data-end=\"2668\">MS Excel<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2687\">MS PowerPoint<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"2693\" data-end=\"2704\">MS Word<\/strong>;
