data-start=\"127\" data-end=\"141\">600 people<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"145\" data-end=\"267\">Overseeing teams delivering <strong data-start=\"175\" data-end=\"233\">Civil Engineering, Building Services, and Marine works<\/strong> within a regulated environment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"268\" data-end=\"393\">Developing strategies to identify and secure further scope within the framework, in addition to delivering existing work.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"520\">Reporting to the <strong data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"436\">Joint Venture Board<\/strong>, leading a framework with significant turnover across multiple bespoke contracts.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"659\">Managing contracts at varying stages of maturity, including <strong data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"656\">Pre-Construction, Negotiation, Delivery, Close-Out, and Final Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"871\">Managing the <strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"702\">Joint Venture agreement<\/strong> between two leading Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractors, with full accountability to the JV Board for <strong data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"868\">Safety, Commercial, Financial, and Operational performance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"1005\">Raising the bar in <strong data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"937\">health, safety, and wellbeing leadership<\/strong>, pioneering innovation, and striving for best-in-class practices.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1140\">Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with the customer to grow the pipeline of work and long-term opportunities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1319\">Ensuring the overall success of the programme by administering contractual and scope requirements and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1463\">Overseeing <strong data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1361\">supply chain performance<\/strong> and maintaining high <strong data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1415\">quality management standards<\/strong> in a highly regulated and unique environment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1606\">Providing strategic direction and support to teams to ensure performance is <strong data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1603\">predictable, well planned, well resourced, and successful<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1642\">What do you bring to the role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"2274\">\n<li data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1712\">Degree or <strong data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1679\">HND in Engineering<\/strong> (or equivalent qualification).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1780\">Proven experience and success at a <strong data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1777\">senior leadership level<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1962\">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate successes and challenges, negotiate contract terms, and build relationships with customers at <strong data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"1959\">Executive level<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2070\">Inspirational leadership qualities, able to <strong data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2027\">motivate teams<\/strong> and create high-performing environments.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2176\">Demonstrated ability to lead and manage <strong data-start=\"2113\" data-end=\"2145\">complex, high-value projects<\/strong> across multiple disciplines.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2274\">Detailed working knowledge of the <strong data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2241\">construction environment<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2271\">NEC forms of contract<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong
