your direct reports.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"357\" data-end=\"515\">Providing commercial contact with supply chain partners through <strong data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"448\">pre-contract data-end=\"1512\">Quantity Surveyor<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1544\">Senior Quantity Surveyor<\/strong> level, demonstrating strong commercial skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1710\">Ability to establish and maintain <strong data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1661\">collaborative relationships<\/strong> with clients, project managers, and designers.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1815\">Confidence and ability to work effectively within a team environment, influencing positive outcomes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1904\">A proactive and supportive attitude, with a willingness to assist and mentor others.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"1967\">Proficiency in <strong data-start=\"1922\" Contractor Involvement (ECI)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2044\" data-end=\"2113\">Experience working under <strong data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2079\">NEC3<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2092\">NEC4<\/strong> forms of contract.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2161\">Familiarity with <strong data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2158\">target cost contracts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2263\">Previous <strong data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2249\">MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation)<\/strong> experience.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2349\">Working towards <strong data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2302\">CICES membership<\/strong> or an equivalent
