team<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"929\">support services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1010\">Managing a <strong data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"965\">commercial team<\/strong> of varying levels across multiple schemes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1299\">Overseeing <strong data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1057\">commercial project management<\/strong> on multiple schemes, ensuring timely provision of:\n<ul data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1299\">\n<li data-start=\"1113\" data-end=\"1212\">Monthly cost value reconciliations, cashflow monitoring, and forecasts (monthly and quarterly).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1252\">Monthly applications for payment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1299\">Change management and variation control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1370\">Managing and mentoring members of the commercial team as required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1478\">Participating in discussions on project performance and providing commercial input to project strategy.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1581\">Working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to achieve <strong data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1578\">optimum commercial solutions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1719\">Ensuring compliance and adherence to project and company <strong data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1666\">commercial procedures<\/strong>, including procurement and subcontract management.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1812\">Providing <strong data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1752\">commercial input<\/strong> during the <strong data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1797\">Pre-Construction\/Tender phase<\/strong> of projects.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1943\">Managing <strong data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1840\">ECI projects<\/strong> or a portfolio of ECI schemes from a commercial perspective, including reviewing contract documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"1948\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"1977\">Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"1995\">Necessary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2371\">\n<li data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2076\">Previous experience <strong data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2039\">managing a team<\/strong>, ideally across multiple projects.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2132\">Proven experience on <strong data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2129\">civil engineering schemes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2190\">Strong understanding of the <strong data-start=\"2163\" data-end=\"2187\">NEC form of Contract<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2191\" data-end=\"2309\">Thorough knowledge of <strong data-start=\"2215\" data-end=\"2241\">contractual provisions<\/strong>, with the ability to review, comment on, and draft documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2310\" data-end=\"2371\">Relevant qualification \u2013 <strong data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2347\">Degree<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2356\">HNC<\/strong>, or <strong data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2368\">HND<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2373\" data-end=\"2390\">Advantageous:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2658\">\n<li data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2447\"><strong data-start=\"2395\" data-end=\"2433\">Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)<\/strong> experience.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2492\">Experience of <strong data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2489\">target cost contracts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2553\">Strong <strong data-start=\"2502\" data-end=\"2519\">client-facing<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2550\">collaborative attitude<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2554\" data-end=\"2593\">Excellent <strong data-start=\"2566\" data-end=\"2590\">communication
