data-end=\"2137\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2166\">Who Are We Looking For?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2184\">Necessary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2187\" data-end=\"2825\">\n<li data-start=\"2187\" data-end=\"2336\">Proven experience as a <strong data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2234\">Commercial Manager<\/strong>, managing multiple projects simultaneously, with <strong data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2333\">a minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in this role<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2463\">Strong understanding of <strong data-start=\"2363\" data-end=\"2396\">Joint Venture (JV) frameworks<\/strong>, with the ability to operate collaboratively and diplomatically.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2567\">Membership of, or working toward, a <strong data-start=\"2502\" data-end=\"2530\">professional institution<\/strong> (e.g., ICES, RICS, or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2568\" data-end=\"2674\">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an <strong data-start=\"2628\" data-end=\"2671\">open and collaborative leadership style<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li
