commercial staff to support their professional growth and development.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"904\">Providing professional input during <strong data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"838\">meetings with client representatives<\/strong> to maintain positive relationships and effective communication.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"1112\">Leading commercial resource costs<\/strong> and ensuring the timely production of accurate and reliable <strong data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1380\">cost performance data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1505\">Preparing and presenting <strong data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1445\">monthly cost and value reports<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1481\">quarterly financial data-end=\"2869\">Ability to <strong data-start=\"2754\" data-end=\"2804\">build and maintain collaborative relationships<\/strong> with clients, project managers, designers, and internal
