data-end=\"2767\">What Do You Bring to the Role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2771\" data-end=\"2785\">Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"3773\">\n<li data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"2879\">Degree or HND in <strong data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2822\">Engineering<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2824\" data-end=\"2851\">Construction Management<\/strong>, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2880\" data-end=\"3042\">Proven experience working as a <strong data-start=\"2913\" data-end=\"2932\">Project Manager<\/strong> (or in a similar senior leadership role) within a <strong data-start=\"2983\" data-end=\"3016\">Civil Engineering contracting<\/strong> or related environment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3043\" data-end=\"3159\">Strong ability to <strong data-start=\"3063\" data-end=\"3119\">deputise for Framework Managers or Project Directors<\/strong> at senior and client-facing meetings.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3160\" data-end=\"3295\">Demonstrable <strong data-start=\"3175\" data-end=\"3217\">leadership and management capabilities<\/strong>, including team development, resource management, and performance delivery.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3296\" data-end=\"3435\">Comprehensive understanding of <strong data-start=\"3329\" data-end=\"3364\">civil construction environments<\/strong>, methods of delivery, and standard <strong data-start=\"3400\" data-end=\"3421\">forms of contract<\/strong> (e.g. NEC).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3436\" data-end=\"3547\">Proven experience in <strong
