Your mission<\/strong>
The successful candidate should be experienced in managing design, delivery, and commissioning of Building Services in a construction environment.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Preconstruction responsibilities will include working with the Tender & Preconstruction Teams to ensure the clients\u2019 requirements are met and any proposals reflect the needs of the contract.<\/li>\n
  • There will also be a requirement for vetting of subcontractors\u2019 tender returns for compliance against ER\u2019s.<\/li>\n
  • To ensure that all Building Services needs are met, reflected in the building and fabric with information being provided in sufficient time.<\/li>\n
  • Supporting Site Management and H&S Teams with review of method statements and safe systems of work.<\/li>\n
  • Managing the Design, Drawings, and approvals process in line with the Programme.<\/li>\n
  • Supporting Planning Teams & Project Manager in making sure building services are fully integrated into the delivery programme.<\/li>\n
  • Making sure projects comply with building regulations, planning conditions, specifications and BREEAM.<\/li>\n
  • Establishing and managing quality systems to make sure high standards and specifications are met, also carry out quality control inspections using BIM 360.<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring progress against targets and assisting the project management team with reviewing the progress against programmes.<\/li>\n
  • Chair weekly or bi-weekly rolling progress meetings with principal sub-contractors (fully minuted).<\/li>\n
  • Support the commercial teams with reviewing any changes to contract and valuations of the work.<\/li>\n
  • Managing the commissioning process and training to make sure all systems operate as designed, design and validation teams are satisfied, and building users trained in operation.<\/li>\n
  • Provision of utility quotations and site temps.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure \u2018as installed drawing\u2019 and O&M Manual are completed \/ issued.<\/li>\n
  • Attending client progress and technical meetings as required.<\/li>\n
  • Management of sub-contractors installation works, programming, quality, testing and commissioning and management of all health and safety aspects of the works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Demonstrable experience within a similar role.<\/li>\n
    • Technically qualified with a background including commissioning.<\/li>\n
    • Good communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate at all levels.<\/li>\n
    • Works well within a team environment with good interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent IT skills and experience in using Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n
    • Dynamic and ambitious.<\/li>\n
