following:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"1794\">\n<li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"187\">Maintain high personal safety and environmental standards in accordance with Company policy<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"188\" data-end=\"305\">Maintain effective communication with project managers, Managing QS, and other associated engineering disciplines<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"306\" data-end=\"388\">Manage, supervise, and mentor junior commercial staff to aid their development<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"468\">Provide input and professionalism to meetings with client\u2019s representatives<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"643\">Provide commercial input with supply chain partners through tender enquiries, pre-contract meetings, analysis, recommendation, contract vetting, and subcontract documents<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"748\">Manage subcontractors commercially, including payment preparation and final account work negotiation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"846\">Monitor cost of site resources and ensure timely production of reliable cost performance data<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"951\">Produce monthly cost and value reports, quarterly reports, and present findings to senior management<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"1060\">Take part in discussions concerning project performance and provide commercial input to project strategy<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1165\">Ensure adherence to Risk and Opportunity management protocol and advise the project team accordingly<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1266\">Understand and promote usage of Company Procedures and suggest improvements to senior management<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1267\" data-end=\"1375\">Manage change control, ensuring adherence to contractual timescales, notices, and input to the programme<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1479\">Ensure timely production of Monthly Applications for Payment in accordance with contract provisions<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1567\">Provide commercial advice to the site team and management on all contractual issues<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1628\">Attend and provide input to all site commercial meetings<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1718\">Manage time and workloads for yourself and the commercial team in a structured manner<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1794\">Assist in defining and delivering commercial training to all site staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1830\">What do you bring to the role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1865\">The following are required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"2377\">\n<li data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"1990\">Successful experience at Quantity Surveyor level for a main contractor, demonstrating effective core commercial skills<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2133\">Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with the project team, including the Client, Project Managers, and Designers<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2240\">Confidence and ability to work within a team environment, and to have a positive influence on outcomes<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2241\" data-end=\"2313\">Willingness to help and assist those around you in their development<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2314\" data-end=\"2377\">Competence in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2424\">The following are desirable requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2561\">\n<li
