the following:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"97\" data-end=\"1835\">\n<li data-start=\"97\" data-end=\"315\">Develop a close working relationship with the construction team, client, supply chain, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication between all parties on Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (H,S &amp; W) matters<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"316\" data-end=\"461\">Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the H,S &amp; W management system in line with contractual requirements and ISO 45001<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"527\">Liaise with external bodies where required on H,S &amp; W matters<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"718\">Actively ensure that H,S &amp; W risks are identified and mitigated from conceptual design through to the construction phase and beyond, with a strong emphasis on designing out H,S &amp; W risks<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"839\">Lead on H,S &amp; W strategies and champion a positive organisational culture focused on world-class H,S &amp; W performance<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"975\">Support the communication and understanding of all H,S &amp; W plans, policies, procedures, and initiatives throughout the supply chain<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1114\">Ensure that H,S &amp; W performance is monitored and measured in line with the client\u2019s contractual requirements, including trend analysis<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1239\">Promote the company vision and values in all dealings with employees, clients, supply chain, and other external contacts<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1397\">Carry out high-quality inspections and audits that go beyond compliance, identifying both barriers and opportunities for improved operational performance<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1478\">Monitor close-out of H&amp;S inspections and audits within prescribed timescales<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1612\">Lead accident investigations, ensuring that all findings are robust, evidence-based, and supported by meaningful remedial actions<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1704\">Demonstrate a thorough understanding of incident investigation models and methodologies<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1779\">Attend and contribute to collaborative meetings, forums, and workshops<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1835\">Support the development of your project safety team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1871\">What do you bring to the role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1875\" data-end=\"1937\">Your qualifications, skills and experience should include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2804\">\n<li data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2059\">Successful experience as a Project Safety Manager and as a supervisor or engineer within a construction environment<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2224\">Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma) or related discipline, or appropriate proven knowledge and experience (minimum of 3 years)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2309\">Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the project organisation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2310\" data-end=\"2406\">Ability to deliver health and safety training as instructed by the Head of Health and Safety<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2407\" data-end=\"2440\">Strong team leadership skills<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2488\">Thorough knowledge of OHSAS 45001 standards<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2521\">Chartered membership of IOSH<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2568\">Capability to lead accident investigations<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2569\" data-end=\"2659\">Strong business acumen with a full understanding of the commercial impact of decisions<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2660\" data-end=\"2804\">Knowledge and experience of operational activities (overhead, underground, and substation) on transmission\/distribution networks
