{"id":8352,"date":"2025-11-21T00:31:03","date_gmt":"2025-10-31T12:48:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=8352"},"modified":"2025-12-01T08:02:35","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T07:02:35","slug":"bam-project-hse-advisor-donegal-irlandia","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=8352","title":{"rendered":"Project HSE Advisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"16\">Your mission<\/strong><br data-start=\"16\" data-end=\"19\" \/>As a Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"114\" data-end=\"1628\">\n<li data-start=\"114\" data-end=\"223\">Promote safe working practices and ensure the implementation of company HSE policy and procedures on site<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"224\" data-end=\"308\">Carry out regular site HSE inspections and report findings to relevant personnel<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"384\">Ensure that each project has the appropriate HSE documentation in place<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"385\" data-end=\"469\">Verify that project HSE plans meet company standards and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"549\">Ensure HSE issues are discussed and reviewed during project review meetings<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"638\">Maintain accurate and detailed records to meet internal and external audit standards<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"776\">Assist site managers and subcontractor owners with risk assessments, subcontractor evaluations, and documentation reviews as required<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"858\">Deliver HSE training where appropriate and as agreed with the Project Manager<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"933\">Stay up to date with all Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1027\">Communicate, demonstrate, and promote the company\u2019s HSE ethos, values, and safety culture<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1078\">Act as a role model for safe behaviour on site<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1144\">Carry out other relevant duties as required from time to time<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1220\">Liaise with relevant legal authorities (e.g., H.S.A., EPA) as necessary<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1325\">Maintain knowledge of all legal requirements, particularly those related to the PSCS role and duties<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1534\">Ensure all accidents and dangerous incidents are thoroughly investigated, with detailed reports provided to the HSE &amp; Sustainability Manager outlining causes, conclusions, and preventative recommendations<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1628\">Provide the HSE Department with relevant HSE performance information on a quarterly basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1657\">Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"2237\">\n<li data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1706\">Level 7 qualification in Health and Safety<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1791\">Minimum of 3 years\u2019 successful postgraduate experience in Project HSE Management<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1851\">Thorough knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1899\">Working towards graduate membership of IOSH<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1977\">Ability to deliver internal Health and Safety management training courses<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2049\">Strong capability to advise on HSE matters on a daily basis on site<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2121\">Skilled in conducting standard accident and incident investigations<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2122\" data-end=\"2179\">Ability to prepare clear and concise HSE site reports<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2237\">Qualification in Environmental Management (desirable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2239\" data-end=\"2264\">What\u2019s in it for you?<\/strong><br data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2267\" \/>Opportunities!
