You will be responsible for implementing company HSE policies, driving a positive safety culture, and promoting best practices throughout all project activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"370\">Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"1981\">\n<li data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"483\">Promote safe working practices and ensure the implementation of company HSE policy and procedures on site.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"569\">Carry out regular site HSE inspections and report findings to relevant personnel.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"644\">Ensure all projects are provided with the necessary HSE documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"712\">Confirm that project-specific HSE plans meet company standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"790\">Ensure HSE issues are discussed and addressed at project review meetings.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"884\">Maintain clear and accurate records to comply with internal and external audit standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1002\">Assist project management teams and subcontractors with risk assessments, evaluations, and documentation reviews.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1072\">Deliver HSE training sessions as agreed with the Project Manager.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1188\">Identify and communicate incident prevention initiatives to the Project Manager \/ HSE &amp; Sustainability Manager.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1282\">Support the Project Manager in investigating incidents and developing corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1359\">Keep up to date with current HSE legislation and industry best practice.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1441\">Communicate, demonstrate, and promote the BAM HSE ethos, values, and culture.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1512\">Act as a role model for safe behaviour and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1589\">Liaise with relevant legal authorities (e.g. H.S.A, EPA) where required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1687\">Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, especially regarding the PSCS role and duties.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"1733\">Attend relevant HSE meetings as required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1790\">Prepare and submit HSE reports in the agreed format.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1876\">Identify opportunities for HSE improvement and submit recommendations for review.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"1981\">Assist managers with safety and environmental submissions, risk assessments, and vendor evaluations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"1986\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2013\">What\u2019s in it for you?<\/strong><br data-start=\"2013\" data-end=\"2016\" \/>Opportunities!
