You\u2019ll ensure our sites operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with legal and company requirements \u2014 while helping to foster a strong safety-first culture throughout the organisation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"403\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"434\"><strong data-start=\"409\" data-end=\"434\">Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"1936\">\n<li data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"545\">Promote safe working practices and ensure the implementation of company HSE policy and procedures on site.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"631\">Carry out regular site HSE inspections and report findings to relevant personnel.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"754\">Ensure that the project is provided with all relevant HSE documentation and that project plans meet company standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"831\">Ensure HSE issues are discussed and actioned at project review meetings.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"932\">Maintain accurate and transparent records in line with internal and external audit requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1078\">Assist site managers and subcontractor representatives with risk assessments, subcontractor evaluations, and documentation reviews as needed.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1148\">Deliver HSE training sessions as agreed with the Project Manager.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1229\">Stay informed on all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1318\">Communicate, demonstrate, and promote the BAM HSE ethos, values, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1411\">Act as a <strong data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1363\">role model for safe behaviour<\/strong> and drive a proactive safety culture on site.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1487\">Liaise with relevant legal authorities (e.g. H.S.A, EPA) when required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1599\">Maintain strong knowledge of all legal requirements, particularly relating to the <strong data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1596\">PSCS role and duties<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1769\">Lead and support accident and incident investigations, ensuring detailed reports are submitted to the HSE &amp; Sustainability Manager with findings and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1847\">Provide quarterly HSE data and performance updates to the HSE Department.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"1936\">Carry out other HSE-related duties as required to support project and company goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1941\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1972\"><strong data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1972\">What\u2019s in it for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"1991\">Opportunities!<\/strong> You\u2019ll join a great team working on some of Ireland\u2019s largest, most dynamic, and exciting construction and civil engineering projects.
