{"id":8359,"date":"2025-12-22T00:31:45","date_gmt":"2025-10-31T12:57:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=8359"},"modified":"2026-01-28T10:51:03","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T09:51:03","slug":"bam-bim-coordintor-galway-irlandia","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=8359","title":{"rendered":"BIM Coordintor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"402\">Your Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"2092\">\n<li data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"610\">Support the management of the project information model for sharing with the project team and authorising with the client team, ensuring alignment with project\/contract exchange and security standards.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"728\">Ensure project and contract standard methods and procedures align with <strong data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"725\">BAM\u2019s ISO 19650 information standards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"847\">Develop and maintain model coordination and mobilisation plans, carrying out regular reviews to ensure compliance.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1019\">Ensure all parties are using the <strong data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"916\">Common Data Environment (CDE)<\/strong> in accordance with BAM information standards, client requirements, and ISO 19650 (where applicable).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1190\">Ensure that building information model data (graphical and non-graphical) meets the required quality and level of information need, reporting on progress as required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1347\">Support the creation of the <strong data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1256\">Project Information Model (PIM)<\/strong> and review data quality from task teams, identifying and reporting any non-conformances.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1459\">Implement digital processes on projects and contracts across all stages of the asset lifecycle as required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1645\">Establish compliant workflows in line with client requirements, BAM\u2019s information standards, and ISO 19650, ensuring that they are planned, documented, and communicated effectively.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1777\">Contribute to the development of the <strong data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1728\">Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP)<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1774\">Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1964\">Collaborate with IT and the wider Digital Project Solutions (DPS) team to ensure digital systems and working methods are fit for purpose and efficient for the relevant project stage.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1965\" data-end=\"2092\">Identify and resolve technical challenges related to digital tools or applications to support productivity and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2097\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2128\">What\u2019s in it for You?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll have the opportunity to work on some of <strong data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2273\">Ireland\u2019s largest, most dynamic, and innovative construction and civil engineering projects<\/strong>.
