executed to the highest quality standards and that <strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"667\">BAM\u2019s quality control procedures<\/strong> and project-specific requirements are implemented.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"812\">Ensure setting-out information is accurate, relevant, and clearly communicated on site.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"904\">Ensure that foremen and operatives fully understand the technical information provided.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"1015\">Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, and design teams.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1180\">Review detailed design drawings, provide constructive feedback, and liaise with designers to ensure sufficient design information is available for construction.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1336\">Coordinate the development of design information from designers\u2019 details through to approved workshop drawings and subcontractor technical submissions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1410\">Read and interpret drawings for layouts, materials, and measurements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1502\">Manage subcontractors and the general workforce on site to ensure quality and progress.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1567\">Plan works efficiently to achieve project programme targets.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1626\">Oversee the ordering and control of materials on site.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1732\">Maintain detailed site records, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and technical discussions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1882\">Maximise project profitability through effective self-management, accuracy in delivery, elimination of re-work, and strong contractual awareness.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"1982\">Work collaboratively as part of a team, following direction and attending meetings as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"1987\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1993\" data-end=\"2018\">Who We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2590\">\n<li data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2065\">A <strong data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2062\">third-level degree in Engineering<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2126\">A minimum of <strong data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2104\">5 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> as a Site Engineer.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2127\" data-end=\"2223\">Experience working with a <strong data-start=\"2155\" data-end=\"2208\">main contractor, subcontractor, or surveying firm<\/strong> (preferred).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2224\" data-end=\"2302\">Strong understanding of <strong data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2299\">Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2356\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2442\">Proficiency in <strong data-start=\"2374\" data-end=\"2394\">Microsoft Office<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2396\" data-end=\"2417\">Microsoft Project<\/strong>, and related software.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2590\">A proactive, driven professional with a strong desire to deliver excellence and progress, backed by solid technical and construction knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2592\"
