regular reviews and revisions as necessary.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"470\">Maintaining contact with the client\u2019s team, producing and presenting regular reports.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"524\">Deputising for the Project Manager when required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"614\">Formulating and agreeing on target programmes and short\/medium-term trade programmes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"663\">Managing the programme and monitoring costs.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"702\">Managing the preliminaries budget.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"832\">Leading, coordinating, and motivating the site team and supply chain to achieve a collaborative approach to project delivery.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"901\">Setting up quality procedures and ensuring they are implemented.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"976\">Establishing project industrial relations that reflect BAM procedures.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1090\">Ensuring competence of subcontractors in compliance with CSCS and Build UK requirements prior to appointment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1156\">Managing site health and safety, security, and fire policies.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1236\">Ensuring BAM construction environmental procedures are implemented on site.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1322\">Formulating and overseeing the implementation of risk and opportunity management.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1443\">Managing the strategic aspects of the project, mitigating risks while overseeing and coordinating the delivery team.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1521\">Managing the project handover and ensuring a defect\/snag-free completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1550\">Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"2070\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1597\">Broad construction technical experience.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1636\">Commercial and contract awareness.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1680\">Proven and effective leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1727\">Proven experience managing a project team.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1773\">Proven experience in commercial projects.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"1857\">Proven experience implementing relevant Health &amp; Safety procedures and culture.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1958\">Proven experience managing complex logistics, including multiple tower cranes and lifting plans.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2030\">Knowledge of Environmental, BREEAM, and CCS systems and procedures.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2070\"
