The role is safety-critical and aligned with IMCA C005 Job Category R01 \u2013 ROV Supervisor. Competence must be demonstrated and maintained in accordance with the Boskalis Competence Management Scheme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content\"><strong>Your responsibilities as a ROV Supervisor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, coordinate, and supervise all ROV activities during assigned shift operations, ensuring safe and effective execution.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the piloting and operation of inspection \/ light Work-Class ROV systems including associated tooling and sensors to support the safe and efficient execution of inspection, survey, maintenance, and light intervention scopes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operational compliance with project work packs, client specifications, company procedures, and applicable IMCA guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Review execution plans, pre-dive checklists, system readiness verifications, and operational reporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor ROV system status, telemetry, and video feeds; for diagnostics and issue resolution possible in consolidation with the Base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"content\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can make your mark as an ROV Supervisor if you have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years ROV experience.<\/li>\n<li>At least 180 days\u2019 operational time as a Senior Pilot\/Technician (IMCA R02)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership of ROV operations, including shift supervision, task planning, and coordination<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of piloting and overseeing complex subsea operations such as intervention, tooling deployment, and inspection tasks<\/li>\n<li>IMCA ROV Supervisor logbook with verifiable entries evidencing supervisory responsibilities and digital operations exposure<\/li>\n<li>Technical Qualification: Diploma or degree in marine, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Technical Proficiency: High level of competence in ROV systems, subsea tooling, fault-finding, and inspection methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Competence: IMCA-recognised Competence Certificate or Portfolio for ROV Supervisor (R01).<\/li>\n<li>Communication &amp; Coordination: excellent communication skills across dispersed teams and shift patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Decision-Making &amp; Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure and adapt to dynamic offshore scenarios.<\/li>\n<li>All modules GWO or OPITO approved BOSIET with CA-EBS, and OEUK Medical (including Bi-Deltoid shoulder measurements).<\/li>\n<li>High voltage certification \/ awareness training (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Experienced with Plant Maintenance Systems (marad) (preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content toggle-height-content\" data-component=\"ContentToggle\" data-settings=\"{&quot;toggleHeight&quot;: &quot;number&quot;}\" data-settings-data=\"{&quot;toggleHeight&quot;: &quot;210&quot;}\" data-component-settings=\"{&quot;toggle-height&quot;: &quot;toggleHeight&quot;}\" data-toggle-height=\"210\" data-initialized=\"true\">\n<div class=\"content-grid\">\n<p class=\"section-title\"><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"content\">\n<p><strong>What you can expect<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A dynamic environment: A job that allows you to collaborate with a talented team of experts from different backgrounds and contribute to making a significant impact.<\/li>\n<li>Rewarding conditions:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Besides a competitive salary, you will be part of a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance and death in service benefit.<\/li>\n<li>Career development: We offer you plenty of opportunities to bring out the best in yourself for example through (online) courses at our Boskalis academy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Extra information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your team:\u00a0\u00a0you will report to the ROV Manager with the following Direct Reports: ROV Pilot Technician Trainees, ROV Pilot Technician and ROV Senior Pilot Technician.<\/li>\n<li>Where you will work:\u00a0You will mainly work offshore on one of the systems and occasionally ad hoc you will work in the base for maintenance \/ preparing the ROV systems for a project.<\/li>\n<li>Full\/part- time job:\u00a0The position of ROV Supervisor<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>is a permanent role and will be offered on a Guaranteed Days Contract basis.<\/li>\n<li>Next steps:\u00a0Apply easily by completing the online application form.
