As SHE-Q engineer it is your role to promote the awareness and understanding of SHE-Q policies and NINA values within the Dredging &amp; Inland Infra organization on the project locations as well as in the office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content\"><strong>What will you be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your work as SHE-Q engineer is quite varied and consists of working for various projects worldwide. Your main tasks and duties include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are the SHEQ project contact person, from management and executives to supervisors and craftsmen.<\/li>\n<li>You coach and facilitate the process and provide training on-the-job and directing of reports.<\/li>\n<li>You provide SHE-Q knowledge, documentation and deliverables like Risk Management Support (contributing to Risk Assessments, Job Hazard Analyses, revision of Assessments and Analyses).<\/li>\n<li>You provide feedback, report and advise management to increase SHE-Q knowledge and awareness by initiating and organizing training, assessments, client audits, internal audits and sub-contractor audits.<\/li>\n<li>You have a vision on the development and implementation of SHEQ policy, programs, and systems.<\/li>\n<li>You are an ambassador, driven by intrinsic values, for the SHE-Q programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least Higher\/Secondary vocational education.<\/li>\n<li>SHE-Q education on bachelor level (e.g. Nebosh, Quality Management, Auditing)<\/li>\n<li>Shows NINA leadership and knowledge of SHE-Q policies, programs and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, experienced in working in a global environment and dealing with cultural differences<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a global project organization<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, ISO, and other relevant guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing and implementing safety management systems and programs.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address safety risks.<\/li>\n<li>No problem working on a location for 6 weeks at a stretch after which you will have 4 weeks of leave.
