As Safety Specialist<\/strong>, you’ll drive health and safety initiatives across global project sites while ensuring compliance, supporting training programs, and leading safety campaigns that empower our teams in the field.<\/p>\n Your key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and Safe System of Work (SSoW)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Identify and mitigate risks across projects and operations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Develop and deliver safety training programs and HSE campaigns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Lead and report on incident investigations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Promote behavior-based safety and continuous improvement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Conduct site visits to support HSE culture and campaign implementation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Collaborate with Project and Site Managers on safety performance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support safety content development for operational teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Provide expert input for GWS\u2019s overall health and safety development strategy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n You\u2019re experienced, insightful, and committed to building a safety-first culture in an international setting.
