Your objective will be to create a win-win customer relationship, where Loma is viewed as a trusted advisor, and the relationship mutually supports Loma\u2019s and the customer\u2019s long-term profitability and success.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"543\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"1772\">\n<li data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"746\">Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and long-term profitability targets. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure mutual satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"907\">Understand customer needs, challenges, and long-term business goals to help influence Loma\u2019s innovation activities and ongoing continuous improvement focus.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"1123\">Analyse client data to identify trends, areas of improvement, problem machines or solutions, and potential risks. Use insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance overall account management strategies.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1236\">Monitor market and industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for account growth.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1330\">Lead contract negotiations with key accounts, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1438\">Address any disputes, escalations or challenges efficiently to maintain a positive client relationship.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1675\">Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, engineering and service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Help to facilitate seamless communication between the client and relevant internal Loma departments.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1772\">Monitor account performance against agreed objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"1787\">Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"2538\">\n<li data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"1863\">Previous experience in a key account management or senior sales role.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1864\" data-end=\"1964\">A blend of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1965\" data-end=\"2051\">Analytical and numerate with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2052\" data-end=\"2164\">High level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2243\">Excellent at building rapport and maintaining strong client relationships.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2244\" data-end=\"2328\">Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client needs.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2329\" data-end=\"2383\">Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2538\">Acts as a role model of Loma\u2019s behaviours (Hands-on, One Team, Positive Mindset, Delivering on our Commitments, Taking the Initiative) and ITW Values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description This exciting role provides you with the opportunity to manage Loma\u2019s key customer accounts.
