With a growth mindset, you will help drive development activities and decisions that launch new products to market. The role leverages a first-hand understanding of the market and technology, customer needs, product value propositions, and expertise in the relevant product line to help Loma achieve technological and commercial advantage.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"703\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"2117\">\n<li data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"850\">Work with the Innovation Director to set the vision and strategy for Loma\u2019s portfolio of products and take responsibility for their success.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"1107\">Analyse and translate market, trend, business and competitive intelligence. Build strong end-user intimacy to gain insights, identify pain points, and gather interview data to develop business cases that support time, resource and financial investment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1254\">Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities, and produce high-level product requirements, iterating as necessary.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1391\">Collaborate with all team members and provide the necessary leadership to deliver a stream of customer-backed innovations to market.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1529\">Create and champion the go-to-market strategy for assigned products, including positioning, pricing, and value proposition materials.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1704\">Understand, develop, and communicate Loma\u2019s value propositions to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a clear and consistent understanding across all teams.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1917\">Act as a product evangelist, driving product launches, training, and sales support, and collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing programs throughout the entire product life cycle.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"2117\">Collaborate with all R&amp;D functions, Engineering Teams, Sales, Marketing, Management, Product Support, Stakeholders, and other departments to ensure the successful realisation of all new products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2132\">Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"3216\">\n<li data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2212\">Undergraduate degree in a technical, marketing, or scientific discipline.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2391\">Demonstrable marketing or commercial experience within a comparable environment (food equipment, capital equipment, instrumentation, machinery, etc.) with a physical product.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2512\">Experience in primary and secondary research methods, including voice of the customer and\/or opportunity evaluation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2668\">Proven track record of developing value proposition materials and experience working closely with marketing and sales to deliver messages to end users.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2772\">Hands-on approach with strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to drive results.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2773\" data-end=\"2906\">Global mindset with cultural awareness and the ability to build constructive and effective relationships across the organisation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2907\" data-end=\"2992\">Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and other modern software tools.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"3076\">Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3216\">Acts as a role model of Loma\u2019s behaviours (Hands-on, One Team, Positive Mindset, Delivering on our Commitments, Taking the Initiative).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and supporting a profitable growth strategy for Loma\u2019s product lines.
