We&#8217;re looking for talented risk management professionals to help shape and safeguard complex Construction and Infrastructure projects across a range of dynamic sectors \u2014 including Transport, Defence, Water, Buildings, and Energy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities and duties include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake assurance reviews of risk deliverables and methodologies to confirm conformance to best practice<\/li>\n<li>Experience informing the development of Business Cases, Investment Decisions and Appraisals, including assuring the quality of risk evidence<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working as a consultant within a client environment, including embedding expertise into their teams<\/li>\n<li>Coach, develop and supervise project staff and sharing knowledge and expertise<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate specification<\/strong><br \/>\nEssential:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate competency with implementing Risk Management processes aligned with ISO31000\/ Institute of Risk Management \/ Association of Project Management methodologies on complex Construction and Infrastructure projects including but not limited to:\n<ul>\n<li>Initiating, developing, and implementing risk management processes<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating risk workshops as part of the overall delivery of the risk process<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular risk reviews to maintain a project risk register and ensure that the project risk profile is accurate and current<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis techniques<\/li>\n<li>Producing appropriate risk management reports to inform decision making<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of industry risk management tools such as: ARM,Xactium, Primavera Risk Analysis, SafranRisk, @Risk, Risk Predict!<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of how risk management integrates with other Project Management and Project Controls disciplines including cost estimating, project planning and contract administration<\/li>\n<li>Implement effective risk management activities to actively reduce risk exposure and uncertainty on projects &amp; programmes<\/li>\n<li>Support development and implementation of risk management approaches\/systems for clients, incorporating best practice and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops and engage with project teams to ensure the effective implementation of risk management<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with planners to understand delivery expectations, identify potential risks and link risks to schedule activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good research and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication and organisation skills<\/li>\n<li>Essential Soft skills include, effective listening, persuasion, collaborative style, leadership, flexibility, self-motivation, creativity and insightfulness<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy in Microsoft applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8598\" src=\"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mmStopka.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mmStopka.png 1920w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mmStopka-300x47.png 300w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mmStopka-1024x160.png 1024w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mmStopka-768x120.png 768w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mmStopka-1536x240.png 1536w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mmStopka-1200x188.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join our award-winning Risk team\u00a0as we enter an exciting phase of growth.
