This role can be based in Aberdeen, Dunfermline or Newcastle an is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Provide administration support to the People &amp; Culture team, <strong>including, but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Processing Employee lifecycle data changes and undertaking employee data management changes in our HR systems.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with HR Business Partners to issue contracts of employment, processing new start documentation, updating relevant HR systems, notifying key stakeholders and organising as well and conducting Employee inductions.<\/li>\n<li>Record, process and monitor all types of employee leave.<\/li>\n<li>Issue exit documentation and undertake actions related to termination of employment.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve queries received via our HR portal from Employees and Line Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Generate routine monthly and quarterly reports as well as ad-hoc reports upon request.<\/li>\n<li>Support the business with special ad-hoc projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for high quality electronic filing of documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute in standardising the process by creating and managing the process SOP&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain knowlegde articles.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with our internal Hub India GBS solution to support the delivery of P&amp;C hire to retire processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Formulates partnerships across the People &amp; Culture function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Serves as a point of contact for HRBPs, Line Managers and Employees.<\/li>\n<li>Partners with internal communication team in order that employees are aware of and understand the key business drivers and performance\/behavioral expectation.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with line management, employees and other P&amp;C staff members to evaluate existing and introduce and implement new P&amp;C programs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures new policies and programs are effectively communicated and meet defined goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>You are meant for this job if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.<\/li>\n<li>General working knowledge of People and Culture and specific knowledge of Leave of Absence.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent ability to solve problems and meet deadlines by juggling multiple, competing and changing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Solid PC skills including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database software.<\/li>\n<li>High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, as well as external suppliers and organisations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.<\/li>\n<li>A service orientated and customer centric mindset<\/li>\n<li>A passion for enhancing the employee experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a mature Shared Services environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a fixed term HR Administrator to join our dynamic\u00a0People &amp;
