We have an opportunity for a\u00a0Document Controller<\/strong>\u00a0on a major data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>This role is vital to supporting the smooth operation of a fast-paced construction site environment, ensuring the effective management and control of all project documentation in accordance with company standards.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).<\/li>\n
  • Distribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports).<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.<\/li>\n
  • Analyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.<\/li>\n
  • Generate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure accurate storage and version control of documents in compliance with project document control procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with external consultants and contractors to ensure their documentation complies with project standards.<\/li>\n
  • Support Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health & Safety (HSE) initiatives by assisting with audits and ensuring document-related compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
      \n
    • Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar site-based role<\/li>\n
    • High level of verbal and written English is essential<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n
    • Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
