We value our employees and believe a positive work environment encourages the best results, so we offer attractive benefits along with numerous career development and advancement opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in projects and motivate\/manage project teams of structural engineers and draftsmen.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (such as architects and other design disciplines), and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an international mindset and cooperate with our offices abroad for certain engineering tasks, ensuring the required project quality.<\/li>\n<li>Respond effectively to client needs and requests.<\/li>\n<li>Aim for sustainable and efficient engineering solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that budgets, timelines, and quality standards for engineering work are met. You will ensure that your assigned projects comply with our quality system.<\/li>\n<li>Report project progress on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Promote an integrated design process by considering the interaction of different disciplines involved.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with standards, guidelines, new techniques, and developments in your field, and share relevant information with your team and colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are a qualified Structural Engineer holding at least a Master\u2019s degree.<\/li>\n<li>You have 8-10 years of relevant technical experience with structural engineering projects, including computing and designing various types of concrete and steel structures.<\/li>\n<li>Experience on projects outside Romania is preferred; projects located in the US and Australia are an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>You have been involved in all aspects and phases of projects: tendering, calculations, design, execution, and management.<\/li>\n<li>You possess good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>You have a high proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).<\/li>\n<li>You have strong expertise in using calculation software; experience with STAAD Pro is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you a structural engineer with diverse work experience and a passion for designing projects that will last far into the future?
