{"id":8902,"date":"2025-12-11T00:30:42","date_gmt":"2025-11-20T10:32:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/stanowisko\/senior-associate-project-planner\/"},"modified":"2026-01-28T10:44:17","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T09:44:17","slug":"atkinsrealis-senior-associate-project-planner-london-wielka-brytania","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=8902","title":{"rendered":"Senior\/Associate Project Planner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Your role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement high quality planning and scheduling standards to inform Project Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Produce detailed logic linked\/resource loaded project plans in P6.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure integration of project control procedures into the project delivery process.<\/li>\n<li>Provide expert advice including weekly or monthly schedule updates.<\/li>\n<li>Production of monthly planning reports, resource updates and projections.<\/li>\n<li>Production of ad\u2011hoc reports informing the Project Manager of significant schedule impacts and their effect on progress and completion.<\/li>\n<li>Controlling change and managing effective change control process including claims.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare information and attend regular planning and progress meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and reporting performance against programme, technical quality, financial and KPI targets, any necessary mitigation actions to prevent targets being missed.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying, escalating, and managing any matters that could pose a potential contractual\/commercial risk such as project deviations, slippage reports, opportunities, mitigations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and aid in development for team of planners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced Engineering Professional with a recognised degree or diploma or be qualified by experience.<\/li>\n<li>An expert user of Primavera P6 and ideally MS project in all aspects of planning and scheduling with proven years of experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Earned Value Management (EVM).<\/li>\n<li>Experience of schedule, risk and cost analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of NEC type contracts and management and implementation of the applying the contract clauses.<\/li>\n<li>A confident and professional manner, coupled with excellent communication skills, with clients and colleagues alike, to ensure clarity in all situations and to effectively influence.<\/li>\n<li>An analytical thinker, you&#8217;ll also be able to show initiative and examples of creativity. Ability to collaborate and build relationships across the wider teams. Good report writing and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self\u2011motivated and able to work well on your own initiative.
