Reviewing and approving call\u2011off contracts under a wide variety of framework types.<\/li>\n<li>Providing commercial support throughout contract delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Input to approvals processes, attendance and input at bid and governance meetings. Training non\u2011commercial staff in commercial and procurement issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u200bA degree in law\/business studies\/engineering\/science\/technology or similar at an equivalent qualification level.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sales and procurement commercial management, willing to work in both fields.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyse, interpret and draft contractual wording with a strong attention to detail. Experience of negotiating complex contract terms with suppliers and\/or clients.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills, the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to undertake continued skills development with a view to taking on additional responsibilities and wider business role.<\/li>\n<li>You will be well organized, commercially minded, enthusiastic and keen to learn, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working of home\/remote working and office working 3 days a week across either our Bristol, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Manchester, Epsom and\/or our London offices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grasp of contract law.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of contractual documents including NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, sub- and prime contracts used in a consulting environment.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of intellectual property rights and protection, including exploitation agreements, software licensing, reseller agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of industry and government contracts including but not limited to CCS, aerospace, defence and NEC.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ITAR desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your Role Analysis and negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
