The ideal candidate will be chartered or working towards chartership, with demonstrable experience in the design and delivery of EICA systems within the UK water sector and growing exposure to energy infrastructure, including renewables and battery storage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">You will play a key role in delivering technically robust solutions, and gain experience leading others and developing client relationship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">With frameworks and major projects across the UK, in both water and energy, our pipeline of work is strong and there will be flexibility to work with you to develop your technical, management and leadership skills as you desire.\u00a0\u00a0Initially, you will, lead or support the design and integration of EICA systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities, including MCCs, VSDs, instrumentation, and control systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic engineering solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.\u00a0\u00a0Provide technical assurance across project stages\u2014from feasibility and optioneering through to commissioning and handover.\u00a0\u00a0Contribute to strategic planning and development of EICA capabilities within our Water and Energy teams.\u00a0\u00a0Engage with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.\u00a0\u00a0Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal technical development initiatives and assist with project planning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective \u2013 in which we encourage individuality to thrive.
