Not only do we assist in the selection of materials, but we strive to push the boundaries to develop material and use them in new and innovative ways. The Materials team constitutes an integral part of the Specialist <strong>Technology, Analytics and Research<\/strong> group in Arup, offering specialist advice for the firm globally.<\/p>\n<p>Our team\u2019s vision is of partnering with our clients to optimise and improve their business performance by offering predictive and optimised life cycle management for the concrete stock of buildings and infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role will see you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing concrete materials and technology advice to both internal and external clients, globally including concrete technology, concrete durability low carbon concrete strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Problem investigation, specification writing and review.<\/li>\n<li>Being actively engaged on research projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your involvement will vary from a brief phone conversation to being an integral part of the project team and may require occasional overseas travel.
