As an engineering-focused organization, Winthrop has grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects in 9 different European Countries, equating to over 320MW of IT load in flight.<\/p>\n<p>We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Helsinki, Finland.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers<\/li>\n<li>Proposing suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and to enhance specification and quality completion<\/li>\n<li>Display commercial astuteness<\/li>\n<li>Monitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materials<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and liaise with contracts manager, site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information<\/li>\n<li>Check and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors\/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Establish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team<\/li>\n<li>Oversee highest quality of health and safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-requirements-title\" data-ui=\"job-requirements\">\n<p id=\"job-requirements-title\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors\u2019 degree in Engineering or relevant area<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of procurement<\/li>\n<li>Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing<\/li>\n<li>Experience in effectively leading MEP teams is essential<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the delivery in Data Center MEP projects<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Winthrop is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.
