With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of over 3,800+ people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the Mission Critical \/ ICT, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences and other sectors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We now wish to recruit a\u00a0<strong>Project Information Manager<\/strong>\u00a0for a large construction project in Belgium.\u00a0This role will provide on-site Digital administrative support in a live project environment, with multiple disciplines using Document Management &amp; Collaboration systems. The role would be suited to a candidate familiar with databases, data management, dashboard reporting, spreadsheets and electronic document management systems (EDMS).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This a fully site based position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training to support Receipt Verification (RV) &amp; Turnover process<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate document and data management on various project systems<\/li>\n<li>Identify &amp; communicate construction data and documentation requirements to facilitate CM Turnover, timing and frequency of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level 7 Primary degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Science related course is desirable but not a prerequisite.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of Project Management or Construction environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience of projects information &amp; data requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Digital era mindset with data centric approach to problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong training and mentoring skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain good Client relations.<\/li>\n<li>Set up appropriate communications and reporting structures (meeting, reports etc.), follow up on any Client queries or issues.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Project Team(s) throughout project lifecycles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PM Group is a leading, international Engineering, Architecture, Project and Construction Management firm.
