We are world leaders in the pharmaceutical, food, mission-critical, MedTech, advanced manufacturing, and energy sectors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the planning and allocation of resources<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment and development of resources \u2013 graduate recruitment, training, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Improve the efficiency of the\u00a0department\u2019s work processes along with supporting the Civil Structural community on\u00a0<strong>scope<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Support and maintain quality standards within the Department.<\/li>\n<li>Support and drive innovation within the Civil Structural\u00a0Department to ensure PM Group remains to the fore in engineering design.<\/li>\n<li>Deputise for Department Manager\u00a0during periods of absence<\/li>\n<li>Promote and encourage the use of Delta, DePD and new ways of working within the department.<\/li>\n<li>Promote Sustainable design practices at discipline level.<\/li>\n<li>Work on project or bookable work part time while fulfilling this role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified to at least a Master Degree in Construction.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years design\u00a0experience with at least 5 years in a senior role.<\/li>\n<li>Chartered status preferred but not\u00a0essential.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with PM Group design and project execution systems or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Commercial focus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills \u2013 ability to balance dual role.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter and decision maker.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of English, French and\/or Dutch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Team Lead Civil &#8211;
