We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We wish to appoint a Senior Project Scheduler for our leading client based in West Dublin.\u00a0 Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, they must have strong Client side, Construction and Industrial experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the Client<\/li>\n<li>Establishing project objectives in line with the client and ensure goals &amp; timelines are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Execution of projects via an established Quality and Management system<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for development and management of project schedules and project controls tools<\/li>\n<li>Identification of project milestones, monitor &amp; report on same<\/li>\n<li>Lead \/ Host Interactive Planning Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Critical Path development &amp; analysis<\/li>\n<li>Being proficient in MS Project and Primavera Scheduling tools<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with project management team with regular schedule performance status reports<\/li>\n<li>Provide valued input to Constructability Reviews<\/li>\n<li>Establish project schedule resource requirements<\/li>\n<li>Develop and Communicate tools for the target completion of project goals<\/li>\n<li>Provides performance updates \/ reports views for identification of variances and corrective action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 years\u2019 experience in Planning \/ Scheduling<\/li>\n<li>You will have\u00a0a third level degree in a relevant discipline at a minimum and will ideally have<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and MS Excel<\/li>\n<li>Good communication &amp; people skills<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter and decision maker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm with a team of 3,700 + people.
