To achieve this our people are key!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Role:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Document Controller is responsible for managing, maintaining, and safeguarding all central documentation (design and construction) for our client\u2019s projects across the EMEA region. This role ensures that records are accurate, up-to-date, compliant, and easily retrievable across all stakeholders, supporting governance, reporting, and audit requirements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Document Management &amp; Control<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Compliance &amp; Governance<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Coordination &amp; Communication<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Project Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Procore, Aconex and ACC BIM360, experiences with MS SharePoint<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of construction project documentation, particularly desired within data centre projects (design drawings, MEP submittals, commissioning documents, QA\/QC records)<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage large document volumes across multiple concurrent projects<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 19650, ISO 27001 (information security), and data protection practices<\/li>\n<li>Full proficiency in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PM Group\u00a0is an employee-owned international project delivery firm.
