This role will suit a Planner \/ Scheduler who particularly enjoys working on front end and detailed design phases of a project (and adept in all phases). You will develop, coordinate, integrate and manage project schedules on a diverse array of projects.<br \/>\nTo do this successfully, you will have managed complex project schedules through their full project life cycle and working with multi-discipline Engineering, Design, Construction Management and Commissioning &amp; Qualification teams. If you enjoy the dynamic \u00a0nature of the Planner\/Scheduler role and would prefer to be primarily office based, this may be the role for you.<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>To be successful in this role, you will have experience of the following<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the client<\/li>\n<li>Establishing project objectives in line with the client and ensure goals &amp; timelines are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Execution of projects via an established quality and management system<\/li>\n<li>The development and management of project schedules and project controls tools<\/li>\n<li>Identification of project milestones, monitor &amp; report on same<\/li>\n<li>Leading and hosting Interactive Planning Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Critical Path development &amp; analysis<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with project management team with regular schedule performance status reports<\/li>\n<li>Providing valued input to constructability reviews<\/li>\n<li>Establishing project schedule resource requirements<\/li>\n<li>Developing and communicating with regards the tools for the target completion of project goals<\/li>\n<li>Providing performance updates \/ reports views for identification of variances and corrective action plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>You will have a third level degree in a relevant discipline at a minimum and will\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 10 years\u2019 experience in Project Scheduling of complex capital projects<\/li>\n<li>Be proficient in the use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Projects and Microsoft PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Have clear communication &amp; people skills<\/li>\n<li>Have good time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Be a self-starter and decision maker<\/li>\n<li>Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/article>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<aside id=\"right-column\" class=\"column right\" role=\"complementary\">\n<div id=\"sticky-item\" class=\"sticky-item\"><span id=\"social-share\"><a id=\"link-apply\" class=\"apply __button btn-primary primary-bg-color\" href=\"https:\/\/professionalapply-pmgroup-global.icims.com\/jobs\/11472\/login\" aria-label=\"Apply\">Apply<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<\/aside>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Due to ongoing project requirements and additional workload we want to hire \u00a0two Lead Project Schedulers to join our office team [office name].
