process water, electrical distribution, wastewater, chemical dosing, etc.).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"842\">Manage system turnover and handover activities for Facility &amp; Utility systems, including\u00a0<strong data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"841\">walkdowns, punch list creation &amp; closure, test pack tracking, and documentation control<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"1061\">Prepare Turnover Dossiers for allocated Facility &amp; Utility systems, ensuring master drawings, P&amp;IDs, single line diagrams, functional descriptions, O&amp;M manuals, vendor documentation, and testing records are complete.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1245\">Ensure all construction and vendor scope is clearly defined, allocated, and coordinated, avoiding scope gaps across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls interfaces.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1421\">Collaborate closely with the\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1362\">Turnover Manager, Construction Planner, Construction Supervisors, and Contractors<\/strong>\u00a0to maintain accurate turnover system status and forecasts.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1540\">Conduct progressive walkdowns to review installation progress, quality, and readiness for testing and commissioning.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1722\">Coordinate with contractors and trades to verify construction work readiness and ensure required documentation (ITRs, test packs, redlines, as-builts, release notes) is available.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1877\">Participate in daily turnover and readiness meetings, reporting progress, risks, schedule impacts, and punch list trends for Facility &amp; Utility systems.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"2055\">Interface with\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1895\" data-end=\"1948\">Commissioning Engineers and Operations\/User Teams<\/strong>\u00a0to communicate turnover readiness, punch list status, system constraints, and planned handover milestones.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2195\">Lead system walkdown inspections with contractors, commissioning, and client\/end users to confirm completion to design and specification.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2196\" data-end=\"2330\">Record, categorize, and manage all punch list items through closure, expediting resolution with responsible contractors and vendors.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2593\">Verify all documentation required for turnover and final handover, including\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2592\">QA\/QC records, material certifications, performance and pressure test records, calibration reports, flushing and cleaning records, FAT\/SAT results, and energization documentation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2594\" data-end=\"2724\">Compile complete Turnover Dossiers and handover packages for signature and acceptance by the Commissioning and Operations teams.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2725\" data-end=\"2843\">Identify and escalate issues, blockers, or schedule deviations to the Turnover Manager to maintain delivery targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree educated or strong trades&#8217;
