{"id":9338,"date":"2025-12-23T00:30:35","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T07:15:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=9338"},"modified":"2026-01-23T08:52:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T07:52:10","slug":"pm-group-polska-sp-z-o-o-electrical-design-engineer-hybrid-kilkenny-irlandia","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=9338","title":{"rendered":"Electrical Design Engineer- Hybrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Daily Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"964\">Electrical and Instrumentation design for water and wastewater treatment plants.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1068\">MCC (Motor Control Centre) panel design, including specifications, layout drawings, and schematics.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1169\">Selection, specification, and integration of instrumentation for process monitoring and control.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1355\">Design of building services, including:\n<ul data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1355\">\n<li data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1239\">Fire alarm systems<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1269\">Intruder alarm systems<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1322\">General lighting &amp; emergency lighting systems<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1355\">Small power installations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1451\">Automation system design, including hardware selection and system architecture development.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"1574\">Development of electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, control wiring diagrams, and general arrangement drawings.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1796\">Process understanding and development of plant control philosophies in collaboration with process engineers.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"2028\">Participation in design reviews, HAZOPs, and project meetings.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2029\" data-end=\"2102\">Support construction, commissioning, and handover phases as required.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2218\">Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2328\">Ensure all designs comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2363\" data-end=\"2452\">Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2580\">Minimum 2 years of relevant design experience, preferably within the water and wastewater industry.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2656\">Strong knowledge of MCC panel design and instrumentation specification.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2657\" data-end=\"2773\">Proven experience in building services design including fire, intruder alarm, lighting, and small power systems.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2774\" data-end=\"2883\">Familiarity with automation system design and hardware selection (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, remote I\/O systems).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2884\" data-end=\"2973\">Good understanding of process operations and ability to develop control philosophies.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2974\" data-end=\"3071\">Experience with Irish Water (Uisce \u00c9ireann) standards, WIMES, and IEC standards (preferable).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3072\" data-end=\"3164\">Proficiency in electrical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3231\">Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3232\" data-end=\"3318\">Full clean driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities Electrical and Instrumentation design for water and wastewater treatment plants.
