{"id":9342,"date":"2025-12-16T00:31:21","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T07:29:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=9342"},"modified":"2025-12-17T07:40:59","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T06:40:59","slug":"pm-group-polska-sp-z-o-o-project-manager-packaging-northumberland-wielka-brytania","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=9342","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager &#8211; Packaging"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the delivery of the capital packing line scope for the project<\/li>\n<li>Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules and risk register<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with site engineering standards, GMP, SHE, and environmental regulations<\/li>\n<li>Ensures scope is delivered on schedule and within cost parameters<\/li>\n<li>Feed project updates and KPIs into overall project governance structure<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve vendor design information, equipment specifications, and vendor drawings<\/li>\n<li>Lead FAT (Factory Acceptance testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing, and commissioning<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate installation contractors, OEMs, and internal delivery team<\/li>\n<li>Support equipment qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, OQ) in partnership with validation team<\/li>\n<li>Support Operational Start-up Leader to ensure seamless integration of new packing lines into production systems<\/li>\n<li>Deliver lines capable of achieving agreed OEE, throughput, and quality performance KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Single point of contact with OEMs to ensure delivery of technical and contractual requirements<\/li>\n<li>Single point of contact with facility and installation contractors to ensure correct and timely hook-up and integration of the packing lines with utilities and the facility<\/li>\n<li>Ensures equipment standardisation across the packing lines<\/li>\n<li>Drives lessons learned and continuous improvement across capital project delivery, including opportunities across the wider project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree level engineering qualification or similar equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of delivering packaging equipment or production equipment projects in a regulated industry (Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of packing line equipment (cartoners, labellers, blister machines, case packers, vision systems, serialisation, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience of leading and coordinating a project team through design reviews, vendor acceptance tests, and commissioning<\/li>\n<li>Experience of managing equipment vendors, including those outside the UK<\/li>\n<li>Experience with commissioning, validation, and GMP compliance<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and contractor supervision skills<\/li>\n<li>Formal Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, or similar) desirable but not essential if a track-record of capital project delivery can be demonstrated<\/li>\n<li>The role will require travel to equipment vendors in the EU for design reviews, progress visits, and factory acceptance testing (FAT).
