Some of the other services we provide include Waste to Energy (BioEnergy), Specialist Lift, Off Site Fabrication, Technical Support Services, Maintenance, Asset Management, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Geo-Surveying.\u00a0 We offer competitive salaries, financial support for further training, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) leading to chartered status, performance incentives and the ability to progress your career with a world class engineering contractor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a CSA Project Manager, you will support the Construction Lead and be pivotal to the development and completion of our project in Charleroi, Belgium, including the organisation, scheduling, and implementation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects.<\/p>\n<p>Proven record delivering CSA projects\/packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget along with managing construction managers and supervisors.<\/p>\n<p>Ability to review, interpret and summarised large amounts of data into client and project reports.<\/p>\n<p>Experience of managing coordinating internal fit out works\/ firestopping with Mechanical \/ Electrical installations essential both subcontract and self-delivered elements. Civils experience desirable but not essential<\/p>\n<p>Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&amp;L.<\/p>\n<p>Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team \/ develop the team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience post third level qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Data centre construction experience essential having delivered a project of 20MW+ from preconstruction to operational handover.
