You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of construction and support functions to help deliver projects to global clients. This role will be site-based in Charleroi, Belgium and is offered on a standard working week basis or rotation basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties will include but are not limited to:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage, Oversee and maintain ALL project documentation in both BIM 360 and G-Drive platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Review and coordinate procedures with other Document Controllers to maintain same standards across the client.<\/li>\n<li>Own and manage Master information Delivery Plan (MIDP) using details from all project Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP)<\/li>\n<li>Assist project teams with written reports related to information control.<\/li>\n<li>Control information flows with external stakeholders following document control requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the project team is adhering to document control processes and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Support and coordinate within different QAQC Disciplines Document Controllers.<\/li>\n<li>Provide reports on the status of documents for management reports in a weekly basics.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the status of ALL RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the status of ALL Shop Drawings, Redline and As-builts for your discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leaving Certificate<\/li>\n<li>3+ years in a similar position desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT skills essential (Google Sheets, Docs and Slides)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of BIM360.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful candidate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3855\" src=\"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner-.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"6600\" height=\"1650\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner-.png 6600w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--300x75.png 300w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--1024x256.png 1024w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--768x192.png 768w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--1536x384.png 1536w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--2048x512.png 2048w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--600x150.png 600w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--1200x300.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 6600px) 100vw, 6600px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company Description\u00a0 We are a leading engineering services company with a proven track record of high quality, customer focused project delivery for over 130 years.
