You will work closely with the Project Manager and oversee the coordination and operation of the site to deliver key project milestones and successful project completion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the Operations Director and Division Director.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all financial and management aspects of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Overall responsibility for project team, labour control and coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Overall responsibility for schedule, QA\/Cx and Health and Safety.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects where required.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the Client and key project stakeholders when required.<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with the relevant Director to expand the business through tendering and negotiating of new work.<\/li>\n<li>Review tender submissions, valuation preparation and reporting on same.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and developing relationships with Client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5+ years\u2019 experience in a similar role is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Electrical trade background advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivery of Pharma\u00a0projects advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team essential.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Revit would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and planning skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with minimum supervision, within a fast-paced team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3855\" src=\"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner-.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"6600\" height=\"1650\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner-.png 6600w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--300x75.png 300w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--1024x256.png 1024w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--768x192.png 768w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--1536x384.png 1536w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--2048x512.png 2048w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--600x150.png 600w, https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Jones-Engineerng-Social-Media-Banner--1200x300.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 6600px) 100vw, 6600px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are a leading engineering services company with a proven track record of high quality, customer focused project delivery for over 130 years.
