In this role, you\u2019ll partner closely with leaders across our business units, acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of people management, including search, recruitment, and onboarding, organizational design, and legal compliance. Your work will span the employee lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll balance hands-on execution with strategic influence: some days you\u2019ll be deep in candidate conversations or guiding managers through employment law questions; others, you\u2019ll be sparring on long-term workforce planning or helping shape our employee experience. Either way, your impact will be visible and valued.<\/p>\n<p>Your main responsibilities as <strong>HR Business Partner will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the recruitment process from job profiling to offer\u2014ensuring quality hires and great candidate experiences<\/li>\n<li>Provide confident, proactive guidance on labor law, contracts, and collective agreements and ensure legal compliance<\/li>\n<li>Lead onboarding and offboarding to create smooth transitions and foster employee retention<\/li>\n<li>Provide HR sparring on organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Promote engagement and well-being, supporting surveys, feedback sessions, and cultural initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Deliver HR analytics and reporting to inform leadership decisions and track progress on key KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Drive people projects, such as development programs, process improvements, and change initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You bring a solid background in strategic and operational HR, with experience in supporting leaders across complex organizations. With a strong grasp of labor law, collective agreements, and talent development, you\u2019re trusted for your ability to connect people\u2019s priorities with business goals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5\u201310 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role<\/li>\n<li>A master\u2019s degree (e.g., Cand.merc., Cand.soc., or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of labor law, employement contracts and collective agreements<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in recruitment and talent attraction<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization<\/li>\n<li>A structured, analytical mindset with experience in HR data and systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills in both Danish and English<\/li>\n<li>A hands-on approach.
