\nYou will collaborate closely with\u00a0Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Project Management<\/strong>\u00a0teams worldwide to ensure suppliers meet the highest standards.
\nThis role has been created to strengthen our supplier quality focus as we continue to deliver some of the world\u2019s most complex and impactful\u00a0high-voltage subsea and land cable projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Getting a Flying Start<\/strong><\/p>\n

As\u00a0Supplier Quality Manager<\/strong>, you will play a critical role in\u00a0electrifying the future<\/strong>.
\nYour mission is to ensure that every supplier delivers products and services that are\u00a0fit for purpose, on time, and to specification<\/strong>, supporting Nexans\u2019 ambition to connect countries and enable renewable energy.
\nFrom day one, you will help build a\u00a0high-performing, reliable supplier network<\/strong>, while actively promoting\u00a0Quality and HSE<\/strong>\u00a0across our global projects.<\/p>\n

How You Make an Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Lead supplier qualification and non-conformance processes, ensuring world-class standards.<\/li>\n
  • Plan and conduct supplier audits and performance reviews, driving continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain supplier quality procedures and KPIs, including the Approved Vendor List (AVL).<\/li>\n
  • Drive supplier development and risk-mitigation initiatives to secure reliable, on-time deliveries.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate across functions to embed supplier excellence in every project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your Starting Points<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Degree in\u00a0Quality Management, Engineering<\/strong>, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • 5\u20137 years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0in QA, HSE, or risk management within manufacturing.<\/li>\n
    • Quality Auditor certification<\/strong>\u00a0and proven hands-on audit experience.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of\u00a0quality tools<\/strong>\u00a0(8D, FMEA, root-cause analysis) and manufacturing processes.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent\u00a0project management and communication<\/strong>\u00a0skills.<\/li>\n
