The candidate will assist in the implementation of offshore projects. Installation, troubleshooting and repairing of electromechanical assemblies and systems are part of the day-to-day tasks. Qualified candidates will be keen to develop troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and keen to participate in offshore projects on a rotation basis, as part of the offshore project team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This role is a combination of Onshore and Offshore Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Onshore<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Onshore electronics team with the day-to-day tasks,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct routine inspections, maintenance and repairs of electromechanical equipment including power distribution systems, control systems, video equipment, Subsea connectors, Subsea cables, telemetry instruments, sensors, and optical equipment,<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the mobilization and demobilization of ROV equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Offshore<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct pre-dive checks and post-dive maintenance on ROV electrical systems to ensure operational readiness;<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and rectify electrical faults and issues efficiently to minimize downtime during offshore operations;<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve technical problems promptly;<\/li>\n<li>Provide detailed feedback and prepare technical reports in English ;<\/li>\n<li>Report and collaborate with Offshore Supervisors and Offshore Managers;<\/li>\n<li>Assist with general hands-on tasks as per project requests;<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in safety meetings and risk assessments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-requirements-title\" data-ui=\"job-requirements\">\n<p id=\"job-requirements-title\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>A higher degree in Electronics\/Electrical Engineering;<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years proven experience in troubleshooting electronic devices;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Fiber equipment such as Fusion Splicers and Optical Measuring systems (i.e. OTDR);<\/li>\n<li>Experience in \u00a0Serial\/Ethernet Communication protocols and devices (i.e. RS232, RS485);<\/li>\n<li>Experience in \u00a0video multiplexing systems (i.e Video Matrix, Quad , KVM ) will be considered as an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English language;<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and analytical skills operating with high level of responsibility and independency;<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to learn new skills;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform multiple tasks and respond to emergency situations effectively;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel and work on a rotational basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-benefits-title\" data-ui=\"job-benefits\">\n<p id=\"job-benefits-title\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Private Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Company Bus from central points<\/li>\n<li>Fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Specialization in a niche market<\/li>\n<li>Competitive compensation<\/li>\n<li>Continuous development opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The position was mainly created to support the Robotics field of ASSO Group.
