As a\u00a0Telecom Design Engineer<\/strong>, you will be responsible for designing and developing telecom cable solutions tailored to customer specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
  • Design telecom cable products (fiber optic and copper) based on customer requirements and applicable standards.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bill of materials.<\/li>\n
  • Support the sales and tendering teams with technical input during proposal development.<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with production and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in R&D initiatives to improve product performance and expand the telecom portfolio.<\/li>\n
  • Provide technical support to customers and resolve design-related issues.<\/li>\n
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering.<\/li>\n
    • 2+ years of experience in telecom cable design or related engineering roles.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of fiber optic and copper cable technologies.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with international standards (e.g., IEC, ITU, ISO).<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation tools.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.<\/li>\n
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
