The role covers the full sourcing lifecycle, including needs assessment, business case development, market analysis, supplier onboarding, sourcing execution, and contract management.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking experts capable of managing and delivering end-to-end sourcing projects in industrial environments, with a strong understanding of sourcing principles and the ability to implement KPI-driven action plans aligned with organizational goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Capabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Analyze and constructively challenge stakeholder requirements to optimize sourcing outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Apply in-depth knowledge of commodity strategies to source in line with defined plans and meet internal demand.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the design and rollout of effective commodity strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and interpret market trends affecting sourcing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide dedicated category-specific support to sourcing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Manage sole-source procurement scenarios and engage effectively with global suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This approach ensures strategic and agile sourcing that drives cost efficiency, value creation, and strong supplier partnerships.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<hr align=\"center\" size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" data-ogsc=\"\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Main Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Manage supplier platforms across various sourcing streams, including onboarding, updates, issue resolution, and follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy of sourcing trackers, maintaining zero late purchase orders and 100% correct data.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily sourcing tasks for internal indirect sourcing stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Execute sourcing activities such as Requests for Quotation (RFQs), sole-source negotiations, and e-sourcing.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, legal, and compliance teams, to achieve consensus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<hr align=\"center\" size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" data-ogsc=\"\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Strategic Sourcing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Develop commodity strategies, define target supplier panels, and implement action plans to build a reliable, competitive, and sustainable supply base.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Indirect Sourcing team to identify opportunities for leverage and optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously monitor market trends, benchmark suppliers, and provide intelligence to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in or initiate cost-reduction programs based on supply chain changes and usage analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2) Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Provide actionable KPIs, budget insights, and data to support site and commodity leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement tools and standardized processes to optimize operations and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Structure spend analysis to enhance commodity strategies and action plans.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate a financial perspective into sourcing to increase accountability and informed decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<hr align=\"center\" size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" data-ogsc=\"\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Authority:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Contribute to and implement sourcing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to the approved supplier panel.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts according to company templates.<\/li>\n<li>Manage supplier relationships through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).<\/li>\n<li>Approve or veto supplier usage outside the validated panel.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend cost-reduction initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Lead data quality improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<hr years of professional experience in sourcing within relevant industries.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in building and developing a supply base for assigned categories.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in contract negotiation and management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in supplier usage management relative to assigned commodities.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in data management, finance, and sourcing analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical &amp; Behavioral Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Knowledge of EHS, ethics, compliance, and nuclear safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, strategic, and operational sourcing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective negotiation and contract management capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Supplier development, management, and performance control.<\/li>\n<li>Financial analysis, planning, and risk management.<\/li>\n<li>Market intelligence and data analytics proficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaboration skills; execution-oriented and
