{"id":9487,"date":"2025-12-29T00:32:10","date_gmt":"2025-12-08T09:21:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=9487"},"modified":"2026-03-09T00:01:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T23:01:00","slug":"dornan-group-bim-technician-cork-irlandia","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=9487","title":{"rendered":"BIM Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>At Dornan<\/strong><strong>\u202fwe are currently recruiting for a BIM Technician to join our team in Little Island Cork.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting to the Business Unit Preconstruction Director, and working as a member of the wider BIM team, the BIM\u00a0Technician &amp; 3D Animation Specialist will be an exemplar ambassador for the company and its values, integrity, dependability, safety, pride, and quality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your day to day will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing a 3D Animation presentation capability in the company<\/li>\n<li>Support and generate client presentations in projects.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, logistic models, 4D animations.<\/li>\n<li>Developing BIM scripts to improve efficiency on repetitive modelling and drawing development work.<\/li>\n<li>Leading Coordination, liaising, collaborating coordinating with 3rd\u00a0Party Contractors and designer.<\/li>\n<li>Developing models and drawings through Revit<\/li>\n<li>Manage Plant 3D content and models<\/li>\n<li>Generation of Fabrication Packs, GA&#8217;s, Isometrics<\/li>\n<li>Produce weekly Updates of Navisworks Model and issue Clash Detection Reports<\/li>\n<li>Work with 3rd\u00a0Party Contractors and designers to resolve clashes<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinating with project team<\/li>\n<li>All other reasonable tasks assigned to you from time to time from your manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detailed knowledge of the BIM Technician &amp; 3D Animation role<\/li>\n<li>Commercial understanding<\/li>\n<li>Health, Safety and Environmental systems<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the team&#8217;s strengths and weaknesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Dornan\u202fwe are currently recruiting for a BIM Technician to join our team in Little Island Cork.
