{"id":9490,"date":"2025-12-29T00:32:09","date_gmt":"2025-12-08T09:27:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=9490"},"modified":"2026-04-06T00:02:47","modified_gmt":"2026-04-05T22:02:47","slug":"dornan-group-bms-engineer-package-manager-london-wielka-brytania","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=9490","title":{"rendered":"BMS Engineer \/ Package Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>At Dornan<\/strong><strong>\u202fwe are currently recruiting for a BMS Engineer\/Package Manager to work on a commercial project\u00a0 in London.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your day to day will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the work package and coordinate with the M&amp;E packages.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Site Safety in conjunction with Safety Advisor, including set up of Health and Safety File, keeping it up dated and final compilation and handover.<\/li>\n<li>Set up standard procedures for the management of all aspects BMS work packages and implement.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Project Schedule, programming and managing information flow, timely appointment of and progress of subcontract packages.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate information requests, design information, contractors design elements through liaison with Architect, Design Engineers and M&amp;E designers and contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all information between Client\/Designers, management team and subcontractors and suppliers with focus on builder&#8217;s work requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely approval of all material and systems proposed for use via a technical submission process.<\/li>\n<li>Regular quality checks, creation of snag lists and snag list close out to achieve zero snags on handover of each package.<\/li>\n<li>Implement a structured communication, information flow, progress, and cost monitoring system with each subcontractor, including meetings, minutes, RAMS, technical submittals, snag lists.<\/li>\n<li>Key involvement at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and cooperate in the close out of all project flow streams including Final Account, O &amp;
