including business-as-usual and all projects (for the full project lifecycle).\u00a0 You will also work with head office functional leads, project quality managers, and project document controllers, to develop and implement related capabilities (including the supporting policies, procedures, and processes).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your day to day will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the document control &amp; IM function across the BBU construction programme.<\/li>\n<li>Organise &amp; maintain centralised BBU document control &amp; IM systems.<\/li>\n<li>Inform the development of Dornan &amp; BBU document control &amp; IM capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the document controller for the BBU&#8217;s centralised minor projects.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee engagement with the client &amp; supply chain document control\/IM stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development &amp; implementation of document control &amp; IM training.<\/li>\n<li>Train, onboard, &amp; provide ongoing support to the BBU&#8217;s document controllers.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to the BBU&#8217;s document users, owners, &amp; approving authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the adequacy of document controller staffing across the BBU.<\/li>\n<li>Collate BBU document control &amp; IM lessons to drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Provide quality management support through focused document control\/IM \u201chealth checks\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor &amp; report on document control activities at the programme level.<\/li>\n<li>Identify &amp; collate key document control &amp; IM programme-level issues, risks, &amp; opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Organise &amp; lead a monthly IM forum for the BBU&#8217;s document controllers &amp; related stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>As required, provide on-site surge support\/cover to the document controllers on major projects.<\/li>\n<li>As required, support document controller talent acquisition, management, &amp; development.<\/li>\n<li>As required, provide basic administrative support to the BBU Agnostic\/Preconstruction Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency as a document controller &#8211; ideally having worked in data centre construction.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency using construction\/document management systems &#8211; ideally BIM 360 &amp; Asite.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency using major Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Teams, &amp; Power BI.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Google Workspace applications including: Drive, Calendar, Sheets, &amp; Looker.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the preparation of document control related reports &amp; management information.<\/li>\n<li>Experience undertaking document control quality management &amp; \u201chealth checks\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in supervisory or managerial roles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in providing document control &amp;\/or IM training &amp;
